Current Position:

I have been a lecturer for the Sociology, Gerontology, & Women’s and Gender Studies departments at UNC Charlotte since 2008.

Teaching:

My teaching focuses on society, social interactions and social issues. I currently teach two sections of LBST Critical Thinking & Communication, with varied content based in social issues, as general education courses, Death, Dying & Bereavement as a cross-listed course for Sociology/Gerontology, and I alternate teaching the Masculinity & Manhood and Gender & Communication courses for Women’s and Gender Studies every other semester.
